Palm Beach County—Online art auction and online exhibits may now part of the new normal in the local Palm Beach art scene since the closing and cancelation of many galleries, museums, and the cancelations of art exhibitions. Art Synergy well known for its dedication to solutions will be leading the way by presenting the first local online art auctions to benefit local artists on May 22, 2020 at 6 PM. More than 30 local artists have already welcomed the opportunity to get work shown and make sales at local 50/50 Art Synergy AID Auction and have set an exemplary and empathic display of support for their colleagues in distress.

The artist call has had a robust response since released by Juried Art Services last week and expected to increase by the deadline on May 10, 2020. Some notable artists Laurent Dareau, Suzanne Barton, Jim Hunter, Twyla Gettert, Camilla Webster, Adam Dolle, Brian Cattelle, Reese Blanke, Andrew Hollimon and Rolando Chang Barrero were among the first to submit works to support the Art Synergy AID Auction and emergency fund.

The auction designed to include all of the artists that submit works via Juried Art Services. Additionally, some will also have and added benefit of being included in The Altruistic Art Auction on the Hindman Auctions national platform though a selection process by jury that includes Kate Waterhouse, liaison to Hindman Auctions, and Jessica Ransom the Artist Services Coordinator at the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County which will be held the follow week.

The auctions are sponsored in kind by The Box Gallery of West Palm Beach with the support of The Cultural Council for Palm Beach and in partnership with Art Palm Beach, Juried Art Services, The Rickie Repot, West Palm Beach Magazine, The Art Altruist, and Hindman Auctions and all profits will be split between the artist and the Art Synergy AID Fund which will begin to issue emergency grants to artists in distress due the Coronavirus pandemic as early as June 2020.
