APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Art Synergy/Art Boca Raton 2016 Exhibition is open to all professional artists who reside and work in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. All work to be exhibited must be well conceived, expertly executed, and arrive ready to hang.
If you need a pedestal or monitor YOU MUST PROVIDE IT. All work should reflect the individuality of the artist. Giclees reproductions of paintings will not be accepted.
JURY DECISIONS
Jurors' selections are based on the level of technical skill, quality of workmanship, and originality of design as represented in the images submitted.

ENTRY RULES
The images submitted must fully reflect the work to be exhibited in the booth. An artist who works in more than one media category, must submit an application in each category. If one application is accepted, only work in that category may be exhibited.
IMAGES
Each applicant may submit (1i) one mage of the work to be shown for consideration by the jury. The width may not exceed 36 inches. The depth is flexible.
File format: JPEG only
File dimensions: No smaller than 1920 pixels on the longest side
File resolution: 72 dpi (standard web resolution)
File size: 5 MB maximum
All image files must be labeled with: artist name_title_size.jpg or they will not be considered.

Images should be emailed to: artsynergypbc@gmail.comNotification of the jury's decision for the 2016 show will be posted online at ArtSynergyPBC.com on or before March 7, 2016.
A contract and other forms will be sent to those accepted into the 2016 show.
You must provide a Certified Certificate of Authenticity for each work accepted.
Please double check to make sure you have entered an up-to-date email address on your application.
**All submitted 2D or hanging works must be wired and ready for hanging, loose flat work not framed (I.e. prints, photographs, etc..) will not be acceptable entries.**
